Miles Hapgood – Boston, Massachusetts
Miles Hapgood is a Senior Vice President with Stratford Capital Group primarily
responsible for the origination and acquisition of multifamily real estate investments.
Prior to joining Stratford Capital, he was a principal at MMA Financial responsible
for structuring low-income housing tax credit investments While at MMA Financial,
Mr. Hapgood was involved in numerous other aspects of the real estate investment
industry including senior housing development, acquisitions of general partner
interests and real estate operating companies, asset management, and real estate workouts.
Prior to MMA Financial, he was a Senior Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Hapgood received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Babson College
and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is married and has two daughters.
Susi Kerschbaumer – Salzburg, Austria
Susi Kerschbaumer is Advisor for Organisation Development, Advocacy and Lobbing
at MCFP in Nairobi, contracted by the Austrian Development Organization Horizont 3000.
Befor she was with the same Organisation in Mozambique and worked for a local NGO
“Esmabama” as a Program Manager. From 2003 till 2008 she was responsible for
Fundraising Events and later CEO at AMREF Austria who is supporting Projects in Kenya,
Sudan, Ethiopia and Uganda. In 2001 she founded Panairobi, an Austrian non-profit
which works side-by-side with The Mathari Children’s Fund to support street children
in Mathare. Susi was born in Austria, and finished her studies with a “Magister”
in Communication, Psychology and Education from the University of Salzburg in 2002.
Graham Stalley – Boston, Massachusetts
Graham Stalley is President and founder of
BDS Software Inc.(Business
Decision Support)
Proir to founding BDS Software, Graham was Vice President of Software development
at MMA Financial, LLC. He was with MMA and its predecessor companies for 20 years.
Mr. Stalley was born in Essex, England and holds a Bachelor or Arts in Mathematics
and Psychology from the University of Keele, Staffordshire, England.
He relocated to Boston, Massachusetts in 1982 and is married with a son and daughter.
Catherine Talbot – San Francisco, California
Senior Vice President, Acquisitions at Boston Financial Invesment Management (BFIM)
Ms. Talbot brings 18 years of low-income housing experience to Boston Financial and
manages the firm’s West Coast office in San Francisco, California. In addition to her
managerial responsibilities, she originates, structures and negotiates tax credit affordable
housing investments in the Western markets. Ms. Talbot’s tenure with Boston Financial began
in 1991, where she served as a member of the Institutional Sales Team in the Boston office
and as an Analyst in the Tax Credit Acquisitions Department. Ms. Talbot is directly responsible
for building the firm’s presence on the West Coast and has invested over $500 million of equity
in the California markets alone. Ms. Talbot is a Board member of the Mathari Children’s Fund,
a non-profit organization dedicated to educating children in Kenya; a Board Member and
Treasurer of the California Council for Affordable Housing, a Board Member of Project Access,
a non-profit social service provider, and a frequent speaker at state and national affordable
housing conferences. Ms. Talbot earned a B.A. in Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
